Dr. David Branch is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He was personally trained by Dr. Guyuron in cosmetic surgery, and subsequently in the treatment of migraine disease. Dr. Branch went on to train further in microsurgery, as well as peripheral nerve surgery, which is also helpful in migraine treatment. Dr. Branch began seeing migraine patients in 2002, performing Botox Æ testing, as well as migraine surgery. In this small but ever growing population of people that have been severely and chronically affected by migraine disease, two-thirds of patients who chose the surgical procedure are now migraine free.
